The new Restrictions grid replaces legacy allotments and type exclusions across the platform. Managers can open or close availability for parks, channels, and types. The system protects online availability and channel strategy, while allowing backoffice overrides.

Integrated payment step in booking portal

The online booking flow now includes a dedicated payment page. Guests can select payment amounts and apply vouchers directly in the portal. This update eliminates unnecessary redirects before reaching the payment provider.

Using interactive map for new reservations in backoffice

Creating a single reservation now includes a toggle to access a map view. Provided that an interactive map is set up, backoffice users can use that map to directly select an available object marker. This visual approach simplifies object selection.

Enhanced group booking filters

When creating a group booking, filters for segments and amenities are now available to further specify available objects. Another new selector also allows assigning a dedicated channel to a group booking.

Customizable group booking invoice summaries

Invoice templates now offer grouping options for group booking charges. Managers can edit a template to combine identical invoice items by name and tax rate. Summarizing invoice items in this manner improves invoice readability for corporate clients using group bookings.

Modernized interface for sending confirmations and invoices

The PMS pages for sending booking confirmations and invoices have an updated, responsive layout. Primary action buttons stay fixed on screen without scrolling. A new sidebar displays quick summaries of reservations and payment schedules.

Price calculation details in the guest portal

The guest portal now shows the calculation logic used for extras and upgrades. Per item, a tooltip or subtitle indicaties the cost breakdown, such as 'per person per day'. This transparency helps guests understand total charges before purchasing extras.

Owner pages show agreements with metrics for personal stays

In an owner’s detail page, more agreement details are displayed instead of focusing on objects only. Users can view metrics such as occupancy and reviews, alongside the applicable owner reservation discounts for personal stays.

The Google Maps API key configuration is now centrally managed within PMS Brands. This ensures consistent map functionality across every integrated platform, including all CMS sites. Administrators no longer need to enter or update the key separately within the CMS settings.

Google Tag Manager settings are now managed directly within PMS Brands. Eliminating separate CMS inputs establishes a single source of truth for tracking parameters. Centralizing these controls maintains unified web tracking across all digital channels, including CMS sites.

Ability to choose between UK or US English

The CMS now provides distinct UK English and US English language selections. Platform administrators can choose which best suits their site content. These options replace the previous generic English setting to support localized content strategies.

Enhanced site activity logging with Last actions

The new Last actions page, located in the CMS management menu, tracks user modifications across site settings, pages, and subsites. The detailed log records who performed each update along with the exact time of the action. Clear visibility into historical updates improves operational context, team collaboration, and overall accountability.

Streamlined video management in BEX video widgets

BEX video widgets now utilize a centralized dropdown menu linked directly to your video library. Selecting assets from the library eliminates manual ID entries, and the system also prevents accidental deletion of active videos.

Two new automated guest registration apps have been developed by FRIVA, especially for the DACH market. HESTA Beherbergungsstatistik Export and IDEV / eStatistik.core Export streamline required statistical reporting by exporting data directly to the official authorities.

With the PixXmedia GPS routing tool integration, you can offer guests an easy to follow way to navigate to their booked accommodation within your park, based on GPS and live location data. The integration tool links the reservation to a smartphone browser navigation, requiring no download.

New: PixXmedia virtual tours

PixXmedia Virtual Tours connects an authorized Booking Experts administration to a central, published portal for interactive 360-degree tours. In this portal, you can present all your accommodation types, all available in the same portal address. Use the secure tour link in daily operations and guest communication.

The App Store now includes dedicated categories for Customer Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence, Event Management, and Voucher Management. These new classifications make it easier to discover and evaluate specialized integrations.

A combined purpose: functionalities replaced by restrictions

Within restrictions, the purpose of functionalities that were previously scattered in BEX PMS are combined.

• Type exclusions in channel settings: These are now no longer available; your current type exclusions have been transferred into corresponding restrictions.

• Zero-allotments: Allotments can now no longer be used to block all object availability for channels. Your current zero-allotments have been transferred into corresponding restrictions.

• Using arrival and departure schemes to block future years or seasons: This remains technically possible, but the clarity and ease of restrictions means you are better off not to. Arrival and departure schemes can still be used for their original purpose; to encourage LOS and control the busy days for your staff.

• Inactivating all prices in price lists: It remains possible to set prices to inactive individually. However, by closing availability through restrictions, it is now safe to edit and test future pricing in their default, active state.

CMS Google Tag Manager settings are now centrally managed within the PMS — The CMS automatically retrieves these settings from your PMS brand configuration, ensuring consistent tracking across all your online channels. PMS Bookings Users can create a booking using an interactive map in the backoffice — When creating a single reservation booking, a toggle lets you switch between list and map views. The map view displays available objects as interactive markers. Select an object on the map to continue the booking process.

• PMS Owners The owner on an agreement can now be changed when all associated invoices are credited — The system now allows owner changes when all invoices linked to an agreement are fully credited. Previously, any existing invoice blocked owner changes.

• PMS Owners The settlements overview page now features updated columns and a results counter — The settlements page now separates agreement and commission agreement into distinct columns. The agreement link is now clickable for direct access. Start and end dates are merged into a single Period column. A new counter displays the total results above the table.

• PMS Bookings Group booking rent updates now dynamically display price adjustment information — The system now only displays the price adjustment message when actual adjustments are present on underlying rent items. The message also appears as a primary information alert.

• INT Distribution The HomeToGo integration now provides all available property translations in Listing.xml — The HomeToGo integration now returns all available property translations. This removes the previous limitation of only providing a few locales. It also sends country-specific locale subtags.
