Feature update

The guest group and guest list pages have been updated to include partial stays for a reservation.
With partial stays, it is now easier to register guests who are not staying for the entire duration of a reservation. This results in a more accurate night register as well as accurate application of per person per night cost items. Family-oriented businesses will benefit especially, in scenarios where children are visiting their grandparents on holiday for a few nights, for example.
Edit the guest group of a reservation, and simply add or edit a partial stay within the reservation. The guests in the partial stay are counted separately from the guests that are staying for the entire reservation, so no need to register a guest twice.

The guest group of a reservation tells you how many guests are staying, the guest list contains their personal details, and now these pages are better connected as tabs in the 'Edit guests' page. You still access this page in the same ways, through the person icon or the pencil icon at 'number of guests' in the reservation.
This new overview allows you to better align data between the guest’s stays and personal details, which is especially important for partial stays.

The owner portal now displays all contact details, including empty fields. Owners can review and request an update of their information, ensuring data accuracy and helping in DAC7 reporting.
When creating new owners or new channels, you can now easily search for and apply existing contacts. Contact information no longer needs to be copied manually if it already exists in your Contacts module.

An owner can now easily see whether any of their information is missing, because the corresponding field will be empty in their owner portal. But why is this important for you?
Come January, the DAC7 reports will be due again. That’s why it is important that your owner data is correct and complete. Now that owners can see exactly which details are and are not present in your system, you can ask them to check for themselves and request any changes necessary.

Discounts in invoice rules, MFA at login and data exports, Airbnb messages, and more.
We have enhanced the invoice rule feature to specifically include or exclude discounts or costs that count as rent. This allows you to group all rent on an invoice but still display discounts separately.
To streamline reconciliation of payments, the payment export now includes both the Mollie payment ID and the payment request ID.
The Danish Krone (DKK) is now available as a currency.
We've added a post-login warning page to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for employees logging in with an email/password combination who haven't yet configured MFA. This is part of the process of making MFA required for all accounts with an employee role starting from December 1st. We've also added the ability to see who creates exports and what data they contain, which is displayed on your park's actions page, providing better oversight of data usage.
We have built an integration with Airbnb's messaging service, allowing you to conveniently send and receive messages from your Airbnb guests from BEX PMS. This only applies to the direct Airbnb integration, not Airbnb via Qenner. You’ll see the messaging service in a new module called Conversations, which will show up in the dark green bar next to 'Statistics'.
The Conversations module is the start of our Unified Inbox initiative! Communication streams of other platforms will be added to the conversations module in time. For now, the Conversations module only handles Airbnb messaging.
We've improved how you stay updated with our latest changes. In the top navigation bar, the megaphone button now shows a small badge whenever there are new announcements you haven't read yet.
We've enhanced our system to allow you to customize the colors of your channels. You can now easily select your preferred color from our palette of 30 options on the channel edit page.
We have updated our image processing system, improving the manner in which images are compressed and optimized. This means faster loading times and better image quality.
The page for editing and creating types has been updated for a more user-friendly experience, in line with the continuous modernization of our user interfaces.

Highlighted subsites, template management, N8N support, and CTA buttons on mobile.
We've successfully added a new section for your pages, highlighted subsites. This will enable clear and attractive featuring of multiple subsites (parks) on any page. Each featured subsite includes a rich display with relevant park information, a call to action, image galleries and key selling points.
We've added the ability to conceal templates on your pages. This means you can now hide entire template sections, making it easier to manage content for different languages or specific audiences without removing them completely.
Our N8N form action now supports self-hosted instances. Previously, non-N8N domains in endpoint URLs were not supported. This update allows seamless integration of your self-hosted N8N setups, offering greater flexibility.
We've improved how CTA buttons are displayed in the mobile menu. The 'Search & Book' button is now more prominent, making it easier for potential guests to quickly find and book their next leisure experience.

Owners now have contacts linked to them, including a primary contact, which prepares the system for future features. It is also logged who added, removed, invited, or revoked access for contacts. The 'contact type' column in the 'All' tab of your contacts page indicates whether a contact is a 'channel,' 'owner,' or 'booker.' In the contact itself, a count of cancelled reservations has been added to provide a more complete history.
You now have more flexibility when managing owner agreements. We've updated the agreements page to provide a better overview with new tabs and a search bar. It is also now possible to set an end date directly on an owner agreement, so you no longer need to create a new agreement just to add an end date.
We've improved the Point of Sale module with two key updates. You can now quickly add products to a receipt by scanning their barcodes, making checkout faster and easier. Additionally, we've improved how you find receipts by introducing separate tabs for sales, payments, and register counts.
Read more: Using a POS barcode scanner or Types of receipts
You can now enable the license plate module yourself, through the "Use license plates" setting in Administration Settings - Bookings. Use it with an access control integration for automated access, and to keep track of authorized vehicles on your park.

To provide greater transparency, BEX now registers when employee permissions are updated and who made the changes. We also added a column to the organization employee index page to display each employee's login method—whether it's just SSO or also Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)—to help you manage security policies.

We’ve made it easier to use your labels! You can now add descriptions that appear when someone hovers over the label with their mouse pointer, which helps to keep the label text concise while providing important context. When creating a label, you can test this in the new preview.
It is now easier to manage periodic costs for owners. You can add these costs directly to an owner profile, which helps streamline administration across multiple agreements.

When creating an invoice for an owner in the expected meter reading settlements page, the invoiced period will now correctly match the period between your recorded meter readings. Additionally, you can now use the checkbox to select all items, not just those visible on the current page.
We've made updates to the design and navigation across the owners module. Breadcrumbs have been added to help you navigate, and counters have been moved to tab headers for a cleaner look. 'Commission agreements' and 'Owner profiles' also received updates for a clearer and more user-friendly experience, including a search bar, filters, and helpful explanations.
The 'Explorer' in the Statistics module has now been completed with a filter that you can use to specify statistics for one or more of your types. Easily discover how your types compare to each other when viewing datasets or creating reports.
