New

PMS Checkout Portal, PMS Guest Portal Checkout portal and guest portal support browser autofill for faster bookings / guest lists — Guests can now use browser autofill to complete personal, address, and contact details in the checkout portal and in the guest portal. This populates saved information directly into the checkout form and the guest portal. #38513

PMS Guest Portal Guests can view accommodation amenities in the guest portal — Guests can now see accommodation amenities directly within their reservation overview in the guest portal. The section lists all amenities configured for the booked type alongside the existing description. #36361

PMS Owners Owner agreements support night limits on personal stays — You can now set a maximum number of nights an owner may book within a specific timeframe. This restriction applies to both discount and pool point budgets across back office and owner portal bookings. #34393

PMS Owners Periodic costs support optional internal names alongside public descriptions — You can now add an internal name when creating or editing periodic costs in the owner module. This label appears across overviews and exports while keeping public descriptions separate. #38506

PMS Communications Booking confirmation template supports document attachments — Users can now upload PDF files directly to booking confirmation email templates. These documents are automatically attached whenever a confirmation email is sent to guests. #24734

App store New app: IIQ-Check review management — With iiQ-Check, you can automate guest surveys and streamline review management. Thanks to the integration with Booking Experts, you can use booking and guest data for automated guest communication and targeted feedback surveys.

• PMS Checkout Portal The checkout portal now uses distinct German terms for discount codes and payment vouchers — The German checkout portal now labels promotional discount codes as Rabatt and payment vouchers as Gutschein. This distinction helps guests enter each code type into the correct field during checkout. #39128

• PMS Bookings Guest group forms display and validate capacity limits directly within the modal — Users receive instant feedback when configuring guest groups for bookings. The modal prevents empty guest groups and clearly displays capacity limits. #35811

• PMS Contacts Contact labels now replace guest labels across contact views — The system now refers to labels applied in contacts as contact labels rather than guest labels. This is reflected in label filters and bulk action modals across all supported languages. #39045

• PMS Exports Reservation exports now include imported foreign totals for financial reconciliation — Reservation exports now feature a dedicated column for imported foreign totals. This allows users to reconcile original booking amounts directly against imported records. #39352

PMS PMS interface supports Danish language — Users can now select Danish in their personal language preferences. All backoffice menus, settings, and tables now display Danish translations. #36710

App store New app: Gatecloud for the Benelux market — Gatecloud connects with Booking Experts to match reservation license plates with barrier access, granting entrance automatically for the exact stay dates. Including the option for an automatic check-in. Gatecloud bridge keeps the system working even when the internet drops, and works with existing barriers and license plate cameras.

App store New app: HIOT-Connect (Edelboxx) for the DACH market — HIOT-Connect links Booking Experts to the Edelboxx power pedestals and distribution units. These machine networks
are independent of regular phone reception and reach into remote corners, valleys and buildings – the connection stays reliable even where a smartphone shows no bars.

App store New app: CAMPEZ COUVERT for the French market — The travel insurance that lets your campers sleep soundly, integrated with Booking Experts. Install the app, and that’s it. Your campers’ insurance sign-ups reach Campez Couvert automatically. No re-entering data, and no paperwork.

• PMS Costs Invoice rules not recommended for amenity preference costs — When setting up amenity preference costs, an alert is displayed that invoice rules are not recommended. These items are already shown transparently to guests during online booking. #36418

• PMS The update notification badge now tracks unread articles individually — Opening the update menu no longer marks all release updates as read at once. The notification badge now updates after you open a specific article. #38605

• INT Accounting You can now connect Visma e-conomic for automated accounting synchronization — Users can now integrate Visma e-conomic to synchronize bookkeeping and financial data directly. The connection handles journal entries and ledger mapping automatically. #39106

Enhanced guest portal, floor plans, Nora in Spanish, searching by invoice number, and more.

Guest portal updates for an improved guest journey

Guests now enjoy an improved reservation overview in the guest portal. The page displays full photo galleries for booked types instead of single static images. Widgets have a modernized card layout with clearer status badges.

The portal also separates guest and pet counts with distinct icons and hover details. Clicking or hovering over the booking number lets users quickly copy their reference ID. Guests can view their previously purchased extras right below the total price, to easily add them again if desired.

Bulk updating energy labels

Energy labels across multiple objects can now be updated all at once. The object overview has new bulk actions to assign energy labels quickly. Filter options also help you isolate objects with or without these labels.

Clearer cluster indications across reservations

Reservation screens now show whether a cluster or regular object has been booked. Grouped units display clear cluster labels instead of generic object descriptions. This updated labeling appears in availability searches, reservation previews, and reservation show pages.

Floor plan functionality for all types

Floor plans are now a standard feature for all types. Layouts can be configured directly, without having to activate a module. Set up floor plans easily by navigating to the floor plan tab of the type.

Nora support chat in Spanish

The Nora support chat is now available in Spanish. Users working in the Spanish interface can access instant assistance directly on their screen.

Improved invoice search in invoice items overview

In the invoice items overview, you can now search by invoice number to get matching results. This allows users to find specific transactions faster, while still using the main search bar.

Preference cost application shown in cost detail pages

The cost detail page of a preference cost now displays its preference configurations directly. A dedicated row shows applicability rules without opening edit forms. Use it to quickly see if costs apply to all objects or selected amenities.
