Guest portal updates for an improved guest journey

Guests now enjoy an improved reservation overview in the guest portal. The page displays full photo galleries for booked types instead of single static images. Widgets have a modernized card layout with clearer status badges.

The portal also separates guest and pet counts with distinct icons and hover details. Clicking or hovering over the booking number lets users quickly copy their reference ID. Guests can view their previously purchased extras right below the total price, to easily add them again if desired.

Bulk updating energy labels

Energy labels across multiple objects can now be updated all at once. The object overview has new bulk actions to assign energy labels quickly. Filter options also help you isolate objects with or without these labels.

Clearer cluster indications across reservations

Reservation screens now show whether a cluster or regular object has been booked. Grouped units display clear cluster labels instead of generic object descriptions. This updated labeling appears in availability searches, reservation previews, and reservation show pages.

Floor plan functionality for all types

Floor plans are now a standard feature for all types. Layouts can be configured directly, without having to activate a module. Set up floor plans easily by navigating to the floor plan tab of the type.

Nora support chat in Spanish

The Nora support chat is now available in Spanish. Users working in the Spanish interface can access instant assistance directly on their screen.

Improved invoice search in invoice items overview

In the invoice items overview, you can now search by invoice number to get matching results. This allows users to find specific transactions faster, while still using the main search bar.

Preference cost application shown in cost detail pages

The cost detail page of a preference cost now displays its preference configurations directly. A dedicated row shows applicability rules without opening edit forms. Use it to quickly see if costs apply to all objects or selected amenities.

PMS Guest Portal The Guest portal displays pet counts separately from the guest counts — Guests can now view distinct icons and counts for guests and pets on their reservation overview. Hovering over these icons shows detailed breakdowns for age categories and pet counts. #37796

App store New app: CampMap — CampMap is a full service mapping platform that creates a digital map of your property with full time support to update your map anytime. The integration with Booking Experts allows guests to see available accommodations and complete bookings from the map.

• PMS Costs Cost detail pages now display preference cost configurations directly — Users can now view preference cost settings directly from the cost overview page. This removes the need to open the edit form to inspect applicability rules. #38558

• PMS Guest Portal Deposit payment buttons now hide automatically once settled or released — The guest portal now only displays payment buttons when a deposit is actively due. Buttons no longer appear after a security deposit has been fully paid, released, or refunded. #38449

• PMS Setup Floor plan functionality is a native standard feature for all Types. — You can configure the floor plan for any rentable type directly without prior module activation. #38427

• PMS Merging channels now automatically updates the modified timestamp on all transferred bookings — When users merge booking channels, all transferred reservations now refresh their update timestamp. This ensures connected systems and external integrations accurately detect recent changes. #38963

Six new apps, CloudPass for owners, personalized CAT access cards, and special periods in BigQuery.

New: Goboony and Glampingtips.nl integrations via Qenner

Two new apps have become available for the Benelux market through channel manager Qenner. Goboony as an OTA specializing in campervan travel, and Glampingtips.nl as an affiliate for unique accommodations or luxury glamping.

New: Benelux booking platform Valoma

Valoma is a specialized platform where guests search for and book holiday homes, chalets and lodges at holiday parks. For owners and managers of holiday parks in the Netherlands who want to increase occupancy — in high season, but especially in the shoulder seasons too.

New: Campmap digital park maps

Campmap facilitates digital campsite or holiday park maps featuring search, navigation, and direct booking options. Guests can select available spots on an interactive map and jump directly to the Booking Experts checkout. The app is available globally.

New: Recras for activity and stay packages

Connect Recras to BEX PMS to allow guests to seamlessly reserve activities, packages, food, drinks, and experiences alongside their stay. Guest data transfers automatically into Recras, where activity management and payments take place; while the guest’s accommodation is entirely managed in Booking Experts.

New: DATEV Connector for cloud

The DATEV Connector integration automatically creates DATEV import files for bookings and PDF receipts. With a single click, data is exported from Booking Experts and converted into DATEV files or transferred directly to DATEV Cloud.

CloudPass vehicle access for owners

Owners with active agreements and registered license plates now automatically receive vehicle access in CloudPass. The system automatically maintains access duration for open-ended agreements.

Personalized CAT access cards for guests

It is now possible to generate personalized CAT access cards, for each person on a reservation guest list. Cards copy guest names, birth dates, and stay dates directly from the guest list of the booking.

BigQuery syncs special periods for reporting

Special periods and their configured date ranges now sync directly to your BigQuery data warehouse. You can now analyze seasonal performance regarding custom packages, holiday weekends, and event trends, alongside standard reservation data.
