Say hello to Bundles

We've replaced 'packages without discount' with this new, streamlined concept. Bundles allow you to combine multiple costs for easy purchase directly in the checkout portal. This change also means packages will always include a stay component, streamlining how you manage them.

Enhanced Financial Clarity

The tourist tax export now includes the address and postal code of your types, providing more complete financial data. We've also improved the security deposit view, it is now clear at a glance whether auto-refund is enabled or disabled for each deposit. Furthermore, transaction exports for payments now include the booking number it relates to, simplifying financial reconciliation.

Streamlined Operations & Channel Settings

In our Checkout Portal, the "Reservation system by Booking Experts" link now opens in a new tab, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. In addition, the channel settings related to costs have been improved, making it easier to specify who is invoiced for rent, mandatory costs, and extras, especially for tour operator channels.

Improved POS Usability

The register count totals on the Counts page are now ordered by creation time, making it easier to find the information you need quickly.

Clearer Booking Change Alerts

We've improved the alerts for order changes. Now, when an order is changed, the alert message will always show the difference in price, regardless of whether the booking has an invoice. This ensures you consistently receive accurate information about order modifications.

Dynamic VAT Calculation

The VAT tariff for any order item will now be based on the departure date of a reservation. This allows parks to apply the correct VAT for future reservations that may fall under a different tariff.
Please note: This does not apply to parks that use the 'Journalize turnover at the invoice date' accounting mode.

We've made question/answer information visible on todos related to costs. This allows contractors and executors to see guest answers directly, improving clarity and efficiency.
