Monthly recap

Guest portal branding, mandatory MFA, moving a preference booking, message read marks, and more.
The guest portal has been enhanced to use branding. Guests will now experience a more personalized look and feel, reflecting your park's unique colors, fonts, and style for a more recognizable experience.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA, 2FA) is now mandatory for users with an organization role, from December 1st. This way, your accounts and valuable data are well protected.
An alert now warns you if you try to move a preference booking to a different object. This helps prevent unintended consequences, with a specific message in case of owner bookings to ensure owners stay in their own object.
The Inbox now includes message delivery and read marks. You can easily see below each chat message whether it has been delivered to and/or read by the recipient, improving communication clarity.
In an export of owner agreements, a column titled 'exempted from DAC7' will now be included. This allows you to easily verify which agreements are excluded from DAC7 reporting, streamlining compliance for your park.
The owner portal now displays all contact details, including empty fields. Owners can review and request an update of their information, ensuring data accuracy and helping in DAC7 reporting.
When creating new owners or new channels, you can now easily search for and apply existing contacts. Contact information no longer needs to be copied manually if it already exists in your Contacts module.
Channel colors are now available in the planboard. This is a user-specific setting, allowing you to clearly visualize the origin of bookings based on their channel.
When entering information in various forms and editing pages, a loading indicator will now be shown while updating. This clear visual feedback lets you know what’s happening.
